Admission Procedure

At Episteme International School, we follow a transparent and structured admission process to ensure a smooth and informed experience for parents and students. Please review the steps below to understand our procedure:

1. Issuance of Prospectus

Interested parents can obtain the school prospectus from the Admission Office, which provides essential information about our academic programs, policies, and values.

2. Initial Meeting

Parents are invited to meet with the Admission Office to learn more about the admission process, fee structure, and other important details.

3. Purchase of Admission Form

Parents must purchase the prescribed admission form from the Admission Office by paying the applicable fee.

4. Student Assessment (Based on Grade Level)

• Pre-Primary (Play Group & Nursery): An oral interaction is conducted with both the child and parents to assess readiness for school.
• KG-I to Grade III: A written test is administered to evaluate the child’s academic skills and readiness.

5. Submission of Admission Form

The completed admission form should be submitted along with the following documents:

• Recent passport-size photographs of the student and both parents
• Copy of the child’s birth certificate
• Photocopies of recent academic report cards (if applicable)
• Copy of a recent income tax return of the parent

6. Payment of Fees

Upon confirmation of admission, all required fees must be paid either at the school’s Accounts Department or at the designated bank.

7. Application Deadline

All admission applications must be submitted within the given deadline. Applications received after the deadline will be considered based on seat availability.

Eligibility Criteria

Play Group

• Children must be 4 years old as of July/August of the current academic year.

Nursery

• Children must be 5 years old as of July/August of the current academic year.
• Completion of one year in Play Group at a school equivalent to Episteme International School is required.

KG-I to Grade III

• All applicants must appear for an admission test, regardless of previous academic performance.
