At Episteme International School, we value transparency and flexibility in our fee structure to support families in planning their child’s education. The following policies apply to tuition payments and related charges:

🔹 Payment Schedule

• Tuition fees must be paid by the 10th of each month.
• Late Fees:
  • Tk. 200 if paid by the end of the calendar month.
  • Tk. 500 if paid in the following month.

🔹 Special Waivers and Discounts

• A 5% waiver on Net Annual Tuition Fees is available for families who pay the entire annual tuition in advance before the academic year begins.
• Sibling Discount: Families with more than one child enrolled at Episteme International School are eligible for sibling benefits. Details can be obtained from the Accounts Office.

🔹 Payment Methods and Charges

• A 2% bank charge will be added to all card payments.
• A Tk. 1,000 fine will be applied for any dishonored (bounced) cheque.

🔹 Additional Program Fees

• Charges for special school events and programs such as Convocation, Annual Sports Day, Cultural Programs, etc., will be communicated separately and added as required.

🔹 Re-Enrollment Policy

• Students who wish to re-enroll after an absence of two (2) years must undergo the new admission process and pay all outstanding dues.
