To ensure a disciplined, safe, and nurturing learning environment, all students are expected to follow the guidelines below:

1. Attendance and Punctuality

• Students must arrive at least 15 minutes before assembly begins. No student will be allowed entry after classes have started.

• Regular attendance is mandatory. Students must participate in all examinations.

• A minimum of 80% attendance is required for promotion to the next class.

• In case of unavoidable absence, parents must inform the school. The student must return with a written application signed by the guardian. Leave beyond one month is not permitted.

2. Uniform and Personal Belongings

• Students must attend school in neat and clean uniforms.

• An extra set of uniform must be kept in the school bag for students from Playgroup to Grade I.

• Students should bring textbooks and exercise books as per the class routine.

• Children must bring their own tiffin and water. Outside food will not be allowed during school hours.

3. Discipline and Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline at all times. Disruptive behavior, tardiness, or failure to complete homework may result in detention for 30 minutes after school (parents will be informed in advance).

• Damaging school property (e.g., chairs, desks, windows, electrical equipment) will lead to penalties equivalent to repair/replacement cost, along with disciplinary actions.

• A maximum of three warnings may be issued for any violation of school rules. A third warning will result in expulsion from the institution.

• The school authority’s decision on disciplinary matters is final.

4. Report Cards and Promotion

• Report cards must be signed by parents/guardians and returned to the class teacher within the specified deadline after Half-Yearly Examinations.

• In case of loss, a new card may be issued upon payment of Tk. 500/-.

• Students must achieve a minimum of 50% marks in each subject to be promoted.

5. Student Collection Card (SCC)

• The Student Collection Card (SCC) must not be kept in school bags. If found, it will be confiscated, and a new card must be obtained upon payment of Tk. 250/-.

6. Fees and Payments

• Monthly tuition fees must be paid by the 10th of each month.

• Late payment will incur a fine of Tk. 500/-, payable on the date specified by the school.

7. Early Leave and Emergencies

• In case of emergency, early departure is allowed only with prior permission from the Principal.
